Itinerary

Day 1. LIVING IT IN VIENNA

Once you reach the Vienne airport, the transfers leave for your hotel at 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00. At Vienna airport, transfers for your hotel leave at 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00. At arrival, one can enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the capital city of Austria that is filled with romance, concerts, artistic displays and traditional markets focusing on Christmas Eve. The roadside pavement cafes and are a must stop to enjoy heartwarming sips of coffee. Along with your Travel Director and fellow travelers, arrive at the local restaurant at 17.45 to fill up your hungry stomachs with the specially prepared Welcome Dinner.

Day 2. FROM THE HABSBURGS OF VIENNA TO BUDAPEST

The present beauty and charm of Vienna is due to the extensive and historical reign of the Habsbur. You Local Expert would provide you a private tour to Maria Theresa’s Schonbrunn Palace for you to soak up the ancient history of the city. After that, get you inner photographer out to explore the grand streets of Ring Road which is displays architectural masterpieces which includes the Opera House and the spectacular Hofburg Imperial Residence. After the mind blowing experience as Vienna, the tour will be moving onto Budapest, the other city of the powerful Habsburg Empire.

Day 3. RELAXED STAART AT THE QUEEN OF DANUBE – BUDAPEST

Start off with a relaxing stroll with the help of the Local Expert, through the interesting alleys of the Buda Castle District. Check out the admirable interiors of the Matthias Church and experience the view from the Fisherman’s Bastion. The Heroes’ Square and the majestic Hungarian Parliament located across the river in Pest cannot be missed. To witness the art of baking and tasting a coffee you will remember a lifetime, your visit to the First Strudel House is all about it. Watch experts filling delicious treats made of stretched dough which you will taste along with coffee made of rich aromatic beans. Enjoy the rest of the day by walking around the streets and browsing the boutiques of Vaci. The place is lit with Christmas décor and buzzing festive people.

Day 4. HISTORY WALK IN BRATISLAVA AND PRAGUE

Travel to the fortified capital city which is loomed over by the four towered Brastislava Castle over the Slovakian border. Browse through the market stalls at Old Town’s squares rich with history. Walk through the vineyards of South Moravia and absorb the feel of countryside area of Bohemia which consists of breath taking lakes. After that, you will get to Prague, the city of beautiful and popular medieval centers in Europe.

Day 5. SIGHTSEEING IN PRAGUE

Join the Local Expert to see the Prague Castle which is 1000 year old. It is under the dominating spires of St. Vitus’ Cathedral. Walking like a king along the streets for the magnificent view of the city will be an experience to remember. At the Old Town Square, be ready to be delighted by the glockenspiel of the Astronomical Clock and its mechanized antics every hour. Later, watch children dressed in traditional attires, dancing and singing at the Christmas special markets.

Day 6. VIBRANT ČESKÝ KRUMLOV AND MUSICAL VIENNA

Moving southwards through the countryside of Bohemia to ČeskýKrumlov, enjoy at the banks of the Vltava River. Walk around the peaceful streets with cobblestones and footpaths covered with intricate arches. The streets are lined with colourful houses leading to the beautiful castle. At nightfall, live the musical lives of Vienna with the concerts playing classical music. The works of Johann Strauss and Mozart played by the best artists partnered with lip smacking traditional meal along with soothing drinks would be the perfect end.

Day 7. GOODBYE TO VIENNA

Bid goodbye to the wonderful city after breakfast and arrive at the Vienna airport with the transfers at 07:00 and 09:00.
